If the DRM is unable to resolve the complaint or dispute, you will be referred to Credit Ombudsman
Service Limited (COSL) which is an Australian Securities and Investment Commission approved external
Dispute Resolution Scheme of which WTA Finance Pty Ltd and its Directors are members.
